Bluefin International will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Bluefin International will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. SERVICE PROVIDERS

BEHAVIORAL REMARKETING

Bluefin International uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our service. We and our thirdparty vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

CANCELLATION : In the event of a cancellation, a thirty (30) day advance notice is required in writing for a full refund. All fee's (i.e. bank wire fee's, credit card commissions/fee's, cancelled check fee's, etc.) associated with the reservation and/or with issuing a refund will be extracted from the amount refunded. All payments are Non-Refundable if the trip, or any portion of the trip, is cancelled for any reason whatsoever from (0-29) days prior to your service day.

Cancellations due to Weather: If bad weather arises and your Captain determines that for safety sake the trip should not be taken – you will receive a credit for that day’s fishing on your NEXT booking at Bluefin International.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with www.worldrecordtuna.com website (the "Service") operated by Bluefin International ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

PURCHASES: If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES: Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bluefin International.

Bluefin International has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Bluefin International shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

DEPOSITS: When booking a reservation greater than thirty (30) days in advance, a 50% Deposit is required and may be placed on a credit card. If your booking is less than 30 days in advance, payment is due in FULL at the time of booking your reservation. No reservation will be confirmed until the deposit is received.

CREDIT CARD: If you have booked your reservation using a Credit Card, the charge will show up as "Bluefin International" on your credit card statement.

FROZEN CREDIT CARDS: We highly recommend you proactively contact your Credit Card company prior to your departure to notify them you will be traveling in Canada, otherwise they may freeze your Credit Card and not allow you to make purchases.

VESSEL TROUBLE: Occasionally boats can experience mechanical problems and in this situation Bluefin International reserves the right to: (a) substitute a boat from our fleet with a replacement one of equal quality, (b) issue a credit for a future trip or (c) issued a refund. In the event the mechanical problem occurs after a portion of the days fishing has already taken place, the amount of refund will be prorated accordingly.

ALCOHOL: We don’t provide alcohol. You may bring yourself. Due to strict Insurance requirements, WE CANNOT ALLOW INTOXICATED PASSENGERS TO BOARD ANY BOAT. In the event a guest becomes intoxicated aboard the vessel and presents a safety risk to anyone aboard the vessel the boat captain has full authority under international maritime law to return the boat to the dock. NO refunds will be issued under this situation.

CHANGES: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
